A customer doesn’t simply abandon a purchase. They search, view a product, encounter friction, retry, and then leave.

A transaction doesn’t simply fail. It moves through a series of states before reaching that outcome.

A system doesn’t suddenly become unavailable. A chain of deployments, warnings, latency changes, retries, and errors unfolds first.

Every data point generated by a business is part of a larger sequence.

Viewed individually, data points tell us that something happened. Viewed together,in the right order and context, they help us understand how the outcome unfolded.

Yet most analytics tools aggregate data into counts, averages, and trends. Finding a specific pattern across time, tables, and systems still requires complex SQL and substantial manual investigation.

That is the problem we are solving with Zinzu.

We began by building Zinzu on Google Cloud to analyze customer behavior within GA4 data. That allowed us to apply sequence analysis to real customer journeys.

Now we are bringing Zinzu to Snowflake and Databricks, closer to where enterprises already store and govern their customer, transaction, application, and operational data.

Zinzu makes patterns in business data easier to describe, query, and understand: including order, timing, repetition, missing steps, and the activity between important points.

Our mission is simple:

Connect the dots across business data and make the patterns they form easy to query, understand, and act on.

Business data is sequential. Zinzu makes it queryable.
